ceiling), 3 Baths and 4 decks. The Master bedroom (up) has a
King size bed. The 2nd bedroom (up) has a Queen size bed. The
3rd bedroom (down) has two Twin beds. The living room overlooks
a beautiful and private wooded area. A flat screen TV with
DVD/VCR is available as well as Comcast high speed internet
access and cable TV. Enjoy central AC for the extra hot nights.
The fully equipped kitchen has all one would need (microwave,
coffee maker and toaster). You will be happy you chose this
wonderful property. There is a short stroll to the private bay
beach, pool, and tennis court. For large parties, we also rent a
unit in the same cul-de-sac (BP0027).
No pets, no smoking.
Two week minimum. Friday to Friday rentals.

Access to these Ocean Edge amenities varies by rental unit. Bayside condominiums are within walking distance to a private bay-side beach. Condos on the villages side are a five-minute drive to Brewster's public bay-side beaches. |
