This lovely lower level 2 bedroom apartment in Chilton Village is a wonderful option for a group of 4 not requiring pool passes. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and AC while the second bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a TV. The living room has TV, VCR/DVD and AC. There is a lovely patio area with both a charcoal and a gas grill as well as a spacious yard for tossing a frisbee. No pets, no smoking.

Access to these Ocean Edge amenities varies by rental unit. Bayside condominiums are within walking distance to a private bay-side beach. Condos on the villages side are a five-minute drive to Brewster's public bay-side beaches.
