A delightful, bright and airy 2nd floor unit that has a Cathedral Ceiling and overlooks the golf course from the deck. There are AC in the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a TV and a full bath. The second bedroom has two Twin Beds. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a TV in the Living Room with a DVD/VCR Player. This unit offers DSL Availability. The Kitchen is newly renovated and has all the amenities of home plus a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Brewster fire code states that any open flame (gas & charcoal grills) must be no closer than 15 feet from the unit. No pets, no smoking. For larger parties, we rent a unit next door (EA0028) and an additional unit nearby (EA0134). No pets, no smoking.

It provides everything a Cape Cod vacationer could desire: four on-site restaurants, a Jack Nicklaus championship golf course, golf driving range, immediate access to the Cape Cod walking/biking path that extends 26 miles, pools (indoor, outdoor), hot tub, tennis, fitness center, resort shuttle, volleyball and basketball courts, and 15-minute access to Nauset beach in Orleans. Access to these Ocean Edge amenities varies by rental unit. Bayside condominiums are within walking distance to a private bay-side beach. Condos on the villages side are a five-minute drive to Brewster's public bay-side beaches.
