Ready to book for 2008- Tile and Pergo flooring! Ground floor apartment that overlooks the golf course from the patio. There is AC in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Freshly painted. Renovated bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a full bath and a TV for VCR use only. The second bedroom has two Twin Beds. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a TV in the Living Room with a DVD/VCR Player along with a ceiling fan. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. For larger parties, we also rent a unit upstairs (EA0014). No pets, no smoking.

Condos on the villages side are a five-minute drive to Brewster's public bay-side beaches.
