A delightful end unit apartment that overlooks a pond from the patio. Very private backyard and side yard. There is AC in the Living Room, Master Bedroom and 2nd bedroom. 3 AC units in all. The Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a TV and VCR. The second bedroom has two Twin Beds. There are 2 Queen Futons and a TV in the Living Room with a DVD/VCR Player. The Kitchen has all one would need plus a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. For large parties, we also rent a unit nearby (CH0087). No pets, no smoking.

Travel Insurance is available upon request.

Pool/Fitness Center Access. Use of resort shuttle is also included. Bed linens are provided for up to 6 guests only.

It provides everything a Cape Cod vacationer could desire: four on-site restaurants, a Jack Nicklaus championship golf course, golf driving range, immediate access to the Cape Cod walking/biking path that extends 26 miles, pools (indoor, outdoor), hot tub, tennis, fitness center, resort shuttle, volleyball and basketball courts, and 15-minute access to Nauset beach in Orleans. Access to these Ocean Edge amenities varies by rental unit. Bayside condominiums are within walking distance to a private bay-side beach. Condos on the villages side are a five-minute drive to Brewster's public bay-side beaches.
