The seven steps

Step I: Get a free Current Market Analysis.

Step II: We will contact you and price your real estate at no cost for you.

Step III: If you decide at this point you want to sell, sign the listing contract

Step IV: Your property will be placed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and then the marketing process of your particular property begins.

Step V: An offer is received. At this point you can accept, reject or counter.

Step VI: Once the offer is accepted, a purchase and sales agreement (P&S) is drawn up and signed by all.

Step VII: The closing usually occurs at the office of the buyer's attorney. Now you have your money, and the process is over.
