Diane is a Massachusetts native who has spent part of every year coming to Cape Cod for over 50 years. In 2017, when their family had grown and flown to start their own lives, Diane and her husband Mike achieved their lifelong dream of moving to the Cape year round and were very fortunate to find their dream “beach” house near Greys Beach in Yarmouth Port. When not working, she spends her time experiencing the culture of different towns and beaches all over Cape Cod, taking photographs and exploring and enjoying what each area uniquely offers, counting herself extremely lucky to have the opportunity to do so daily.

In addition to having the job of Mom, Diane was the Owner and Property Manager at King Property Investments from 2002 to 2017. Purchasing, owning, and managing several multi- family dwellings with sixteen rental units of her own, in addition to purchasing several personal homes, gives her a unique perspective of a real estate transaction, from financing and income generation on investment properties, to understanding a homeowner’s perspective for private home sales and purchases. Using her experience from her own business, Diane has had a career in the real estate industry for twenty years as a Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Investor, Property Manager, and Rental and Leasing Specialist and she still has a passion for all things real estate, and most especially for meeting new people and helping them find their dream home as well as assisting new and old acquaintances in the transition from one home on to their next adventure.
