October is full of fun Cape Cod Halloween Events to enjoy with the family. There are spooky, and not so spooky, things to do throughout the month to celebrate this fun time of the year that brings out the kid in all of us. Here is our list of Cape Cod Halloween Events you can enjoy with the family.

Not So Spooky Halloween at Edaville
Date and Time: October 4 – 27th during park hours
Location: Carver
Details: Kids are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costumes and bring their candy bags so they can trick or treat throughout the park as they go on the rides. The price of admission includes this event, Dino Land and Thomas Land as well as all of the attractions and rides.

Pumpkin People in the Park
Date and Time: Friday, October 18 – 28th during park hours
Location: Kate Gould Park, Chatham
Details: Chatham merchants and community members put their creativity on full display at the Pumpkin People in the Park, held in Kate Gould Park in the center of Chatham. Pick out your favorite Pumpkin People display and remember your camera, as it is the perfect fall photo op!
Green Halloween at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History
Date and Time: Saturday, October 26th; 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Location: The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, 869 Main Street (Route 6A) Brewster
Details: Admission for the Green Halloween at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History is $6 for children ages 3-16 (all children must be accompanied by an adult) and all adults accompanying children are free! Adults without children must pay general admission.

Brewster Trunk or Treat
Date and Time: Saturday, October 26th; 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
Location: Brewster Baptist Church, 1848 Main Street (Route 6A) Brewster
Details: The Brewster Fire Department and face painters join the fun at the Brewster Trunk or Treat which is an annual event open to all ages.

Dennis Police 5K Halloween Hustle
Date and Time: Sunday, October 27th
Location: Unfinished Business of Cape Cod, 619 Main Street Dennis
Details: Runners of all ages can participate in this fun and festive 5K and get some money to go to a great cause at the same time! Runners are eligible for prizes including top male/female police officer, top male/female firefighter and the top 3 finishers in each age group.

Trick or Treating at the Batwood
Date and Time: Wednesday, October 30th; 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Location: The Atwood Museum, 347 Stage Harbor Road Chatham
Details: Trick or treat around Atwood’s 12 galleries and check out the spooky fun at the museum. Children and their adults are welcome to dress in costume and bring their candy bags for some Halloween fun!

Halloween in Provincetown
Date and Time: Wednesday, October 30 – November 2; throughout the weekend
Location: Throughout Provincetown
Details: Halloween in Provincetown has a healthy mix of family friendly fun and adult only fun happening all weekend long. Check out the Provincetown Tourism website with their schedule of events so you can plan your family time and parents time so you don’t miss out on the festive fun!

Safe Trick or Treat at the Cape Cod Mall
Date and Time: Thursday, October 31; 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Location: 769 Iyannough Road, Hyannis
Details: Children are to dress up in their Halloween best and bring their candy bag so they can participate in the annual Safe Trick or Treat at the Cape Cod Mall. Participating merchants will have a pumpkin sign on their door letting you know which stores to pop into for a Halloween treat.

Safe Trick or Treat at Hyannis Main Street
Date and Time: Thursday, October 31; 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Location: All along Main Street, Hyannis
Details: Main Street in Hyannis will be closed on Halloween evening from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm to traffic so that the Hyannis Main Street Business Improvement District can hold their annual Safe Trick of Treat at Hyannis Main Street.

Safe Halloween Trick or Treat Yarmouth Port
Date and Time: Thursday, October 31; 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Location: All around the Yarmouth Port Common
Details: All ages are welcome at this Safe Halloween Trick or Treat in Yarmouth Port. The Captain Bangs Hallet House, The New Church, The Edward Gorey House and The Compass Rose Inn are all participating in this event offering up spooky and sweet surprises to all of their guests.

Provincetown Trunk or Treat
Date and Time: Thursday, October 31; 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Location: Pilgrim Monument 1 High Pole Hill Road
Details: Join in on the family friendly tricks and treats at the Provincetown Trunk or Treat taking place at the Pilgrim Monument from 2:00 p – 5:00 pm Halloween afternoon!

13th Annual Trunk or Treat Festival at the Wellfleet Drive-In Theater
Date and Time: Thursday, October 31; 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Location: Wellfleet Drive-In Theater, Route 6 Wellfleet
Details: The 13th Annual Trunk or Treat Festival is a local Halloween favorite that is not only family friendly but also friendly to your furry four legged family members. Bring the family to enjoy some spooky and silly fun where you’re bound to run into your friends and neighbors. Free hot dogs and apple cider will also be served at this event.
